'Roar' is the first single of the 15th anniversary project.
This time the theme is to make it a project that even people who like KAT-TUN just a bit can enjoy. We want for the people who have come to KAT-TUN's lives, solo lives, or who came even for just a bit, to think 'a~ there was such a song' and 'how nostalgic'. I decided on 'Yankee kata omoi chuu', from my own solo that was not on included on any CD, as a song that can be enjoyed lively with the audience.
What I like about this song's MV shooting is the school scene. There are a lots of thugs, but only one is wearing round glasses and has a serious character. When I saw the complete package (the finished work) I noticed 'why is this guy there' (laughs). It's interesting that thugs and serious people coexist in harmony.
'Desire' from limited edition 2 is a slightly sexy song. The sound vibe feels reminiscent of Michael Jackson.
'Light and Blue' from the regular edition has a refreshing and clean image, and when I listened to it, I felt it would suit a water performance. I don't know what will happen in reality.
I think these are songs that can bring out the charm of getting older, including the title song 'Road'.
