L: I was moved to a different department in March, and many things are new, so I've almost physically and mentally given up. How do you overcome the feeling of giving up? 

N: I see, it's a difficult situation. I wonder what I do. I might stop thinking too deeply about it before giving up. There are many things that you can't change with your individual power, right? In that case, thinking too much is in vain, so I think when you're in that situation it's best to be optimistic. If you think that it doesn't affect your life if the work result is 80%, you won't get stress. Well, be optimistic. When it can't be helped, you have to deal with stress, just get rid of it by doing different things. In my case, I play games. And talk to people. Going out for a meal and such.
